S950 memory and SCSI upgrades

Does any one know where to find these?

(IB-109) scsi interface
and
2.25 MB memory chips?

I never saw these things on ebay. The only way I know is to buy a 950 that aleady has the SCSI.
I think the SCSI board also need an OS higher than 1.0 so you also need the OS chip.

As far as I know there are no "2.25 MB" memory chips, only 750kB ones, and you can add up to two of those to the onboard 750kB memory.

My bad. That's what I meant. I'm looking for (2) 750kb chips. Do you have a source?

From what I understand there is an adapter partnumber (IB-109) that is hard to find. The scsi drives that fit that addapter are all over Ebay.

Do you guys have a source for the memory though?
