Having Different click settings for the same songs

Ok people, this is most probs a silly question, But I was wondering if I could qurantize some parts of the track, eg, the melody, and have the drums without timing???

Any help would be great

Yes, just make the change in the T.C. schreen BEFORE you record a new track and it will have those settings.
