btw do you wash your hands before you get to work? I always make sure that whoever touches the mp does so with a pair of clean hands. I don't want no cheese stinking on my pads..

Try some vagisil, that should get rid of bad odors.

Yeah i think i do have obsessive compulsive disorder...well i deff have ADD and ADHD hats a fact been on Ritalin since 3rd grade....but yeah the smell seems pretty normal...i had my girl smell tha shit out of it and she told me it jus smells like new metal...so im pretty sure im strait...Damn now my next task is 2 find a spot 2 copp some used/cheap vinyls here in Hong Kong...im dry for samples....

i was kidding my mpc is very clean looks almost new. my upright bass on the other hand........

actually i have a newer upright bass. The one in my pic is older but it just looks a little cooler then mine. Im sure mine will look old and beat up after some more accidents.

Is it one of those Chinese made joints? Plywood and all? I played one of those and I was surprised at how good it sounded for so little money.

y0 just being paranoid dude. its like that new car smell... it;'s natural to looks for small faults when you have spent so much money.

i run my mpc off a petrol generator i have replaced the old psu with. and use two of the 8 outs as exhaust pipes.

no its not a cheapie its a fully carved romaninan bass. Way better sound then the china crafted ones. It is real boomy with a nice tone and when I play arco fuggedahboudit.
