I'm not a hater, but I am a judge. If the video wasn't impressive, than it's not impressive. Some people don't have the same opinion as you do. Don't get mad if everybody don't feel the same as you do. You brought the topic up and we responded. That's it.

I think today hip-hop need to be judge a little, to get tracks that's worth listening to.

I was in the 7th grade when hip-hop started and I loved it. I'm 40yrs old now and I stop listening to it, unless it's old school.

I think what killed hip-hop and other music genre today is video. Artist is putting more efforts in video, than in the music.

Terrace Martin is one of the BADDEST Musician/Writers in JAZZ and in HIPHOP.
He's a BEAST on PIANO & SAX.

But, that video was kinda sorry.....lol

I'm a hater...of wack beats-and that youtube beat is shameful for an 'established' producer.

Let me expand on that...CRAZY WACK. Talkin bout how the 5000 is the best MPC, yet all he did was make a rinky-dink wack beat, sync it to his DAW with some wack vocals and push play...Anyone with an ear for beats knows that shit he made is wack-period!

And I'd like to add, THAT beat could have been made on the portable one... the 500, so kids, if you liked that beat ... and wanna get a 5000, just get a 1000, so at least you can sync it to your DAW-and save a lot of money to buy weed!

It's crystal clear after seeing that video, that his forte in music clearly isn't in beat making!

You'll thank me if you haven't already heard it. Put it this way...I downloaded all of the mp3s and checked out the whole album. Then, I bought it from the store-and you will too.
