pounda problem u are an akia dick rider respect what they bought to the game but keep ur eyes open to new developments.

not saying the machine is a revolution but it is a clever package with a feature set that should of been common place by now.

its a shame the big companies did not offer us this functionality but hopefully this product will shake them out of their complacency and get them in a more open dialogue with users wants and requirements.

but it seems any successful venture always has naysayers as henry ford was ridiculed in the same way when designing the combustion engines and stipulating that cars would be common place.

 Not quite homie. Nice try tho... I have my issues with Akai as well. The "riders" are cats like you that sit here and give praise to something that is not all that amazing. Its also backed by a bunch of emotional ego-driven cats who claim they are Kangs and got some PAWNS really believing something special is taking place here....but it really isnt...hope yall get refunds

LOL @ comparing this to Henry Ford..especially since he wasnt the founding father of the combustion engine..but thats a topic we'll save for later..

Whos next?

actually, im with pound. I was thinking about getting a thang instead of a 1k simply because of their involvement with the customer. Then I saw businessmen taking their feelings and expressing them with rebuttles of unprofessional display and simply pre-sapien acts upon customers. It was sad, and dissapointing. Ivebeen in business, marketing a product, and one hing ive learned is you NEVER disrespect a potential buyer. They did that to somebody who was genuinly interested, and they lost my business for it. Would i rather have a product with no support than a product with negative support, you betchya. I personally have a streetboxx, and I love that little thing, but now I wanna sell it strictly due to the unprofessionalism of the beat wangz, burger kangz, **** thangz and any other wity slander they deserve. I even inquired as to what it would take to be a beta tester, and was up on the thang bus for a while until they caught feelings and showed massive proportions of unprofessionalism.

Or maybe even a roland sp606.

JPEG, quit wit the nonesense dude, he saying what ive been saying and jtm been saying and jamon been saying and anyone with some background in business been saying, its a bad marketing scheme. the beat thang was wayyyy overhyped regarding its features, and they made it sound like its the mighty omega of all sequencers/samplers, which its still in developement? On top of that, they attacked potential buyers, broke GPL, marketed before having a solid product, acted unprofessionally, ttacked potential RETAILERS, exposed their own marketing scheme, and basically did everything that goes against basic marketing tactics. As businessmen, they are failures, and I really hope im wrong about em. I hope the beat thang is the machine that shits out bangers, but I just dont see it with open-source infringement, viral marketing, and beta stage software.
Pound aint attacking the product, nor the people themselves, but rather exposing a completely undisputable example of a bad marketing plan, so please get off the BEATWANG tip, and let off em beat-nuts.
