I have a friend who presses vinyl records, dvd's, and cd's in the San Francisco area. The quotes are very reasonable, and they do a good job. If you need any info I can put you in touch. The web site address escapes me at the moment. Shoot an e-mail to [email protected] and I can give you his phone number and other info. We've pressed many projects with

How small of a press are you talking? Usually it doesn't make sense financially to press less than 500 copies.

There's tons of places to press up vinyl in the US, but I dont' know about Canada. Short run vinyl pressing is not happening, vinyl manufacturing is too expensive. the smallest amount you can get is I think 300 copies or something like that from most places. Europadisk, that's a good place in NY. Discmakers is way too expensive, we did our first joint with them and it was NOT cost effective. Steer away from them. The quality is there but the price is way too high.
