changing mpc sequnces from logic (program changes?)

Hi, im thinking it might be possible to put signals (flags of some sort in the time bar) that tell the mpc 2000 to change sequence. The mpc is currently playing along to logic via time code (2 bar mpc sequence) but id like logic to signal to the mpc when to change to another sequence. Any idea if this is possible? Also, lately whilst using time code to sync (logic 8 as master) there is a lot of time warping going on (not just earl/ late midi playback). And what generates the midi clock, my interface (tascam us 144), logic or mpc?
