MPC Question!!!!

Hey,
I have an MPC 500 but am still unable to get my tracks from my MPC to my computer to listen to/put on cd/on mp3 player and need help!
On my MPC i can sequence my tracks, go into song mode and complete the whole tracks and hear them on the Mpc etc...but donmt know what to do after that meaning that every time i wanna listen to a track or watever i have to re-sequence the samples...
I dont know if i have to connect my Mpc to my computer (which i've tried, the computer will play my samples but not my tracks i've saved (strange?) or do I have to do something with my flashcard to get tracks onto my computer or do I have to change the format of stuff to wav??????

It may be simple but I've hit a brick wall and any help will be appreciated,

you need to save your sequences and song before you turn the mpc off. you need to load them again when you turn the mpc on.

Yeah man i know bout savin them etc...maybe I was too vague. I just need help in gettin them onto my computer, i can re-load my sequences on my mpc and hear the track but need to get them in mp3 format i guess i dont know, i just need ta be able to listen to em on my laptop etc...

U can resample the outs. In record mode u can change the input from 'analoge' to 'main out'. Record the beat, save it as a wav file on ur flashcard and export it to ur computer
