Any MPC 3500 User Here?

I am wondering that can I use 5000's firmwire for 3500? I bid my mpc 3500 last week and everytime I turn on my mpc there is a error message
"unrecoverable system error format error---PC = 0X200103E2" I have tried to update whth 5000's firmwire but it not works.So I wanna make sure
that can I use 5000's firmwire for 3500?
