How to use a M-Audio Axiom 25 with a MPC 1000 on JJOS

I can't seem to get in touch with or find an email for the guy that distributes the JJOS app, but I had a question/few questions that I was hoping someone could help me with. I currently have a MPC 1000 with the free version of JJOS on it and was interested in getting a M-Audio Axiom 25 to play strings, synths, brass etc. sample/sounds stored from the MPC 1000.

I spoke with Akai and a rep said that JJOS version 1 has the features to do that, but I would have to click mode, pad 11 and assign Example: 50 sample strings in a key group. Then save it to my compact flash as a program. So, will I have to do this for every performance of a different sound group from synths to brass to strings etc.? If yes, this is very time consuming.

Of course the guy couldn't stay on the phone with me much longer cause he said that he really shouldn't have referred me to the JJOS app... I'm on a budget so buying a sound module is out of the question right now. Do you have any cost efficient suggestions or a step by step process that I can follow that is simple enough to play sounds from the MPC 1000 via midi to the M-Audio Axiom 25 using JJOS, sequence these events and sync to my Korg mixer? The more I talk to these different companies that sell these products. The more they're confusing me ...goodness!! Please help.......

In JJOS2/JJOS2XL you create an INSTrument PROGRAM then map your samples over the keyboard range (mode+pad7).
Once you have created a program, save it, and it can easily be loaded into any project you like.
You can either buy these sample programs or create them yourself.

first of all you need to plug the midi cord from the maudio out into the midi in of the mpc 1000 just so you can trigger the sounds in the mpc.. did you do this already?
