Inputs/Outputs Issue

Somehow my right input and right output aren't working.
The right input makes some crazy buzzing noise and no sound comes in and the right output is totally dead.
I called the places in the Service list that came with the MPC, but they are all closed down or they dont support Akai products anymore.
Im in Mia, FL, Where do I get this fixed??
Help!!!

In the sample screen turn the monitor to off and you will be okay.....It sounds as if you are monitoring your sample device and the mp as well via the same mixer........
