nope dudes, when i play some samples from my DAW like a VSTi or something its aaaaaal messed up... no order

same mess as with the mpc pads

i asked in the 60s forum and was told one would have to make it chromatic for both mashines

but you suggesting its the mpc 60 that also messes up the asr 10 key order when controlling a Logic instr. through it?

ur 60 and logic is what's **** it up

the midi notes CAN NOT BE CHANGED on the asr.

I accept this might be totally unrelated, but from moving from an mpc to an asr-10 and using Translator to change formats - the order of the samples was messed up in pretty much every single program.

Midi from the mpc and logic are flawed chromatically, not the ASR.

The ASR is playing what you tell it to play midi/note wise, which are flawed chromatics from your other machines.

There's a reason why u didn't find chromatics in the manual (it's only mentioned once and not in the context
your looking for), cause it's a piano.

Move on and figure it out on the other machines.

okay thanks Duke... i didnt know its only the MPC ( i doubt that Logic mix it up honestly)

no i havent done the Chromatic rearange on the 60 yet cause i am wating for the 3.10 OS to arrive in a few days

or is it safe to make all these kinds of settings and they ll stay after OS update?

good to know its the mpc only...



just gonna have to get rid of the midi note cutting in this midi´d setup.... when i play my synth (SE1) or any VSTi on the keys or on the mpc pads and play back the seuence i only get cutted short attack sounds.. kinda stacatto
no clue what causes this, but tried nearly everything.... i am hoping 3.10 is the fix

and no, don't wait on 3.1 cuz making it chromatic takes all of 5 minutes

You don't need to wait, you can make the chromatic pgm and save it on disk as a blank pgm.

You can do that now.

Now, lmao.

And use that as a starting template everytime you start a new project. Put them notes in order and save to disk.

It doesn't cost any money, u have the gear and it doesn't kill puppies so no problem with hooking up that
pgm now, ur already wondering about it so u just need to make it happen is all.

okay okay okay... i ll ad it to my startup disk wich also holds the tracks for the ASR and Logic

so it is compatible to 3.10 OS yes? :oops:
