You can change them in the program window...Press SHIFT+6 and choose the DRUM you're working on (if you don't know what this means just choose DRUM1). Now you're in the assign window where you can assign sounds to pads. Now press PARAMS to get to the PARAMS window, from there you can change the attack, delay, tuning, etc..
