I love my 1000!!!!!!!

Hey guys,I've been a long time user of the 2000classic and 2000XL, I finally got a 1000 last week for super duper chead (like $350) and wow! I'm running that JJOS 3.09 (the freebie cause I'm a cheap son-of-a-gun) and I absolutely love it!!!!!!!

The file system is so dope, coming from the 2000 classic, do you think I should upgrade to the JJ OS1 or should I just stick with this one till I get comfortable with all the 1000's new features?

Get OS1 at least, in my opinion. Coming from a fellow cheap bastard

I really think you should go ahead and get JJ version 2. To me, there's no sence in getting comfortable with one way of working just to relearn a new one. They are all pretty similar, but they do all have their own styles. One of the main things I like about version 2 is the graphic sequencer on the main page. Good luck with your new 1000, and congradulations!
Oh yeah... Make sure you have the new pads. Even if you have to buy them, you still got a great deal.

Hey thanks for the advice guys, I guess I'll start with os1 since I need that serial anyways. Today I added a 120 gb hard drive, and the pads will be next.
