MPC and USB Midi Converter Interface

Can I use one of these to hook my MPC up to my Computer via USB? Will I be able to SYNC my MPC to Pro Tools with this midi interface, I dont know if anyone is familiar with the M-Audio Uno but its a generic UNO...Let me know...THanks

do you have a sound card/audio interface with MIDI, you should be able to use this rather than getting a midi to usb interface.and kill two birds with one stone

I got the MPC sync'd up with Pro Tools but Pro Tools is controlling the MPC....I want the MPC to control Pro Tools....or is that even possible...and **** you CLINT! I'd go for something better than an UNO. Shoot for something more on the lines of a 2x4 or even a 8x8. The message basically is...when you gradually expand, you won't have to waste resources upgrading whatever midi interface to match the pieces of gear you have.

I personally started with an 8x8 and never looked back. That was one of the areas of my gear purchasing that didn't need upgrading.
