This was the setup, I did add a pair of Rokit 5's.
So... the wife decided to end things, kept the house, kept the child, destroyed all the equipment.... yeah, I was a bad boy. Now I'm starting over and since I have a clean start... besides my MacBook Pro that I still have and my Axiom 25.... I was wondering what ideas anyone would go with. I was thinking maybe start with a 2500 instead of the 5k...
Ideas...?

That sucks, dude. Don't forget the child!?!?
I think the secret is in what you already have. The Mac Pro is some serious business for music making. I would get some software. FXpansions Guru or something like that. You have the controller, right? If having an MPC is a must, then I would have to say an MPC1000 with the proper pads & JJ. Don't forget about an MPD32 or something like that too.
Use the extra money you would save with an MPC2500 or 5000 and take the child out for a day with Dad?!?
Good luck brotha. Keep making beats!
