HELP WITH MY FINISHED PRDUCTION

I have spent alot f time making beats that ive just thrown away because i didnt know what to save it as. Do i save it as files on my memory card to transfer to my computer? or if i just save a sequence with the programs will that play on my computer just not tracked out? this doesn't seem that hard and its probly not but i appreciate any feedback
