quality

As of now, i can transfer my songs from my mpc to the computer and play it as a WAV file. when i listen to one of them on my ipod or on the computer it seems as if the volume is lower than it should be even after its been normalized on my mpc before hand. What software do you suggest i use to convert my tracks to mp3 and have better quality overall.

is free and should help you in some regards. Also mastering s/w will def bring out the image you're probably looking for.
