MO Phatt to Mpc 2000xl

Hi i am new to the Mpc 2000xl-MCD i am trying to control the mo phatt thru the mpc. Can someone please help me!!!!!!!!!

FYI I searched and tried many ways. Still could not figure out.

You need a midi cable....

Connect Midi Out of MPC to Midi In of Mo-Phatt

You need a pair of cables for the Mo-phatt (You can NOT connect the sound of Mo-Phatt to the Ins of the MP.. go straight to an interface or anything)

The on the mo-phatt go to Channel (lets say 2) and find which sound you want
On the MPC Main Screen in the track you want go down on the left it says Program Drum 1 or something like this
change it to Midi Channel 2A (2 repre represents the channel from the Mo-phatt and A represents the Midi in of the MPC A or B)

Then do not change anything on the Mo-Phatt channel
If you want a second sound from the Mo-Phatt you will go to a new channel on the Mo
and to a new track on the MP
else you will f*** it up....
