I took the full thing apart and cleaned it. I soaked all the buttons and shit in alcohol. Its a super clean unit.

Be careful doing that. If anything that you soaked had any type of protectant in it you just shortent their life because the alcohol causes it to dry out.
You're better off using some type of contact cleaner.
Deoxit works well.

Yeah I had my 60II on a QL-400 so I could roll it around to be close when I needed it.
The SCSI on the 60II really helps, I just wish they would have redone the file structure so it could read larger partitions.
Having to break a ZIP100 down into partitions just doesn't work for me, it just doesn't mesh well with the way I archive files.
Still it beats the floppy hands down.

I sort of was looking for the best deal when I had the money to get a MPC. Now that I have been exposed to the MPC 60 for a whole 2 weeks now I think I like th MKI look better. So I guess if the deal is right I will get a MKI and sell the MKII.
