what settings do you use for timing correction?

i use different settings in the same beat, for instance i did a latin sounding thing last night, triggered the main samples at 1/8T, laid down the drums, main hi hat and main snare at 1/16T, then threw in a cassaba and two claps at 1/16 with a swing of 54% shift 2 on regular 1/16 and a tambourine with no quantizing. sounds hot.
