I bought it brand new in '98-'99. I just got hold of an SP-202 and love it. So I am now going to take the beats from
my MPC and sample them into the 202, that way the 202 gets the road wear.

Didn't know they had any kind of a following.

I just replaced the hard drive with a new bigger one. I love my Deeps! I am a simple man with simple needs I guess. Just never really got down with computer recording. Nothing wrong with it, just my preference.

The only thing is I feel like I have to get backups for all my big pieces and I have to do it before stuff gets too hard to find. I wonder how many DPS12i's are out there, perfectly functional but for lack of a screen. It makes me sad...

i went ahead and downloaded all 4 earlier volumes as well... i'm listening to volume 2 right now... these SP mixtapes are tight. i'd been sleeping... i may have to order a copy of each if you still have them available.
