how to sample

whats up my mpc brothers jus got a 2500 2 days ago never had a mpc so this is brand new for me. didnt come with a manual so im just learning as i go. tryin to learn how to sample and i cant figure it out . i wanna get some samples from turntable to my mpc. can anyone help me?????

hey, i already have my mixer i use a rane ttm 54i 2 channel mixer and i just got the 1/4 Cables today got two of those cables goin from my 2500 to my rane mixer . i just dont know how to do it on the mpc

Read the f**king manual (you can download it from the Akai website)! Seriously, it's all in there... you gotta do some work, people are not going to spoon feed you.

you can also search for mpc2500 beat making on youtube and get some vids. they wont go through the exact details on the vids, but you'll get a general idea of the process.
