System Halt

I tried to update the os from jjos 4.99 to 4.99L and my inexperienced ass placed it on the hd. Now it is saying upon startup that

BootBlock ver 1.03
A cf card has been found
no format found
System Halt


I tried a new cf card with the akai os and the jjos and it still says the same thing...
Please help

Why don't you just remove hard drive and boot of CF card? that might work

I removed the hd and put my cf card with the bin in the mpc and it still says the same thing....Im pulling out my hair with this thing!!!!

have you formatted the CF cards with the Akai os??? If you have just copied os's to CF card and the CF card is not formated first then it might not rocognise the CF card with os on it. I have not seen this error so hopefully someone else will jump in

It wont let me past the bootblock screen....I formatted thru a mpc500, fat and fat 32. no dice on any of em. If I cant find a resolution I will just send it back to mpc stuff and have them take a gander.....just hope my dreams of being the next premier arent wasted lol jk
