how to sample?

allo ive got the sampling working now, i just messed about with the connections and turned the Rec Gain knob up, just need help with everthing else now!! yo MF Infanite u got an msn messanger address or anything? Or has anyone else got msn who pre perad to help a newbie?

Will a vestax handy trax work if i hooked up the rca's straight up to the mpc? Or will i need a preamp? Because as of right now, the sound that i sampled is very low even though i turn up the record gain. Pls help me
