What ??? How is this the world's first replacement screen? there are so many of them out there and they all have problems? They may work initially but later on a waste of money.

You will need to sell these as a prototype and the price should be according to it until you have done use research.

... and you're saying mpcstuff is going to sell these? ... well no we're all screwed their prices are out of this world

anyway i suggest anyone looking for an lcd screen replacement to just get a used one that works good than throw your money away on another cheap reproduction

Have you read any of the thread? This is the first time it has been done since Akai shut down their production line. Plus, newer parts=longer lifespan, smaller pixels = longer lifespan. Dude quit hatin and congratulate the mufuqqa already, this shit is monumental

i'm just being realistic... I dont see how anyone can feel any different unless they are simply trying to buff up this product, or maybe that's just what everyone on this thread is doing. Let me guess the next thing that will happen is I'll get kicked off the site.

Ok i will not say any more, this is the world's first replacement screen, piggies fly, santa's coming over for drinks later

No. Those are not the same screens.
Those are old screens removed from other machines.
Same with the ones MPC Stuff is currently selling.

The screen that this thread is about is brand new, and even adds some enhancements to the original.
The price isn't even that high, are you clueless to that?

Look I'm not against your product i'm sure you'll have some suckers buying it but there is a reason why good quality akai parts are worth money and other flyby wannabees try to cash in

I got a simply question for you.. how much time and money do you (or they if you're not the same person trying to sell this) have invested in this product ?????

i have nothing to do with the production of these screens.

you should read the thread, everything is explained from price, to production times, to research, and you can probably even use a calendar to figure out how long this has been going on.

Actually I already have and obviously you don't know a thing about product development, but you know what you're no different than the average shopper so I'm not mad at ya and like I said I'm sure they'll get some suckers to jump on these.

Dude, your soundin like an idiot here homes. Envisionelec hunted down a manufacturer, re-designed the IC systems, engineered custom programming for smaller resolution screens, and after tons of prototype testing finally sent em into production. Obviously you did not read the thread or you would've known how much work actually went into this project.
They are not refurbished or NOS screens, they are brand new, aftermarket screens with a completely brand new, more dependable design. But hate all you want, because obviously you didn't do your reading.

And its not the worlds first replacement screen, its the worlds first succesful attempt at creating something compatible since the Epson and Akai joints fell off the production line.
