I feel like a damn little kid....
:D
I ordered my 3.10 upgrade a couple of hours ago and it's all I can think about.

Opinions please.... :?

Now i've changed the LCD and added memory to my 2000, so is it safe to do the 3.10 upgrade myself or should I tough out the labor cost?????:-/

Yeh do it yaself homie don't worry its easy as heck just be patient and don't rush doing it...the pins on the roms are very fragile so if u push too hard they'll snap...the directions are straight forward so follow them to the T...putting in an LCD is much harder than this!

You won't regret it man. It's not that hard to install it either, just make sure you've got something at hand to keep the "upper" part of the mpc up with, like a drumstick or something (if you've got the Mk1 that is, don't know how the Mk2 is built). Just don't rush it and it'll be fine. You'll be surprised at how much more enjoyable the machine is with the new OS, you just can't compare it. 8)
