I'm trying to sync my MPC 3000 with Logic 8.02. I can't seem to get it to work like I could with Cubase 4...I realize Logic won't slave, it will only be the master....
I can get the MPC to start, but the timing is off..the BPM is 92, BPM in Logic is set to 92, I'm trying to sync using MTC. I'm using an M-Audio Axiom as my midi interface between MP and computer, using the Apogee DUet to record. When I press record on Logic the MPC starts but the timing is way slow, then I changed a few things and the timing was better but snare was a double hit and the "new SMPTE code recognized! switch to this code) message came up in Logic....
Just wondering if someone can help me since there is more options on the 3.50 for syncing (I think)
Thanks in advace...if nothing comes up I guess I'll use the high hat trick but I really don't want to resort to lining up a bunch of tracks with a hi hat
thanks yall
