Q about STEP-EDIT

greetings

how do you guys use the field in STEP edit where you can change the tuning, HPF, etc... of each event? I changed the tuning of a hihat, but nothing happens on playback. ...?

8) 69 views and no one wants to open this can of worms. Is the step sequence event you describe a seperate EVENT or the actually Hihat note EVENT is the one you are changing??
As a default it is set to off, but every pad event in step edit has an edit feature. set the hihat event to TUNE +50 or what ever and it will play this event at that pitch. Also check that Qlink slider is not on and set to TUNE
then get into HPF LPF LFO stuff as well. wil open up your sound pallette alot
