Ok so I have a MPC 1000, and im pretty good on it, had some big placements however, I have no mixer, I run my mpc staright from the headphones out to my pc mic in, and therefore have to do some hiss reduction when tracking my beats into the computer, along with this it takes me along time to track each track one by one.I was thinking maybe a mixer like this?

What would you recommend me using to track beats in, what do I need?or do I need an audio interface? thanks for the help

Your doing it wrong.
mpc main outs -> pc soundcard line in.
Headphones are for, headphones.

What type of computer do you have? What connections do you have going into your computer besides mic in?

Can't answer you question if we don't know what you computer is capable of, what audio input connections are available to you.
