On JJ, you have to make a copy of the sample, then Convert Stereo L to Mono and on the other one, Convert Stereo R to Mono.

thanks for quick reply. so i make 2 copies of the sample. then in the trim mode i go EDIT then stereo L > mono. for both copies? but R > mono, then i will have 2 samples one from L and one from R

Turn on your machine, go in there and figure out what mp3 just told you. I'm pretty sure from this point you can get in there and see what he's talking about. Turn it on and try stuff out instead of confusing yourself.

who's confused? i know what he means, just a different method to what he does on the video

I'm just saying there's a point where you turn off the videos
and turn on the machine and figure it out is all.
