it's very easy to get a step up converter.. the only thing you need to make sure is that the wattage of the step up converter needs to be higher than the piece of gear... I always suggest the highest possible..
like, lets say the gear needs 45watts, I suggest like a 90 watt converter.. yes, you can use a less wattage one like a 35 watt one but it will burn out or potentially cause something to go wrong.. yes you could also use safely a 45 watt converter, but it will get hot and push it to it's limits... that is why having more than enough power is important as the machine will simply only draw the amount of current required.
