best way to back up hd

i don't have a zip drive so i nneed to find the best way to back up my sounds and songs from my mpc harddrive i tried the disk2disk program but was unable to get it running i kept running into a aspi inititializing error

Just go ahead and save up 80-100 bucks man......go ahead and invest into a ZIP or external HDD. No real good other way around that. What if your data becomes corrupted?? Dont wait...

disk2file gives that error for a reason: you need the aspi layer from adaptec. It's in the program documentation and at their website.
