I just downloaded the e-book ... need help

first before you read I don't know sh*t about computers and this is the first time I have downloaded somthing please bare with me.

Ok I just bought and downloaded the e-book, When I go to where I saved it and click on ebook It goes to a bunch of folders (oo5 loading files) is the first one and there is 35 folders... but where is the book part? all these folders are the digital features?

Did I do something wrong?

The folders contain all the samples referred to in each tutorial - so the folder '005 Loading' refers to the tutorial '005 Loading'.

The book is contained in the PDF file 'Beat_Making_MPC2000XL.pdf'

To open PDF files you need to downoad the free Adbobe Acrobat reader

Can the e-book be purchased without a credit card? Such as a money order?

Just credit card and Paypal - I'm based in the UK, so cannot accept US money orders.
