Well you are possibly right... It doesn't seem to add up much. It's almost 5 months on and apprently this guy can't get his ass online for a couple of hours to sort this shit out.

a simple one sentence statement should be enough to clear this up

state why you cant take care of it now, when you plan on doing so, and how you're going to do it.

when i originally read this thread i was like "f**k. poor guy man. i know shit can be rough. they should just be patient and give him his space. he'll get back on his game". Going on 5 months though? you better be trapped in a coal mine with nothing but a walkie talkie. thats just a real-life human reaction. i wish the guy the best but thats completely separate from the feeling of being a pissed off customer

The whole issue is a long story that involves some issues that cant be mentioned on online forums.
