hi guys.

been using a mpc1000 for a while with the JJOS but i'm a noob compared to you lot!

1) i've done something stupid in the "track mute" section - whenever the loop starts again it un-mutes every channel - how do i get it back so it keeps on muted as it was and doesn't un-mute everything?

2) i can't get it to save the tempo, i reload a tune and it goes back to the default of 120bpm - how can i get it to save the tempo of each tune i'm working on?

many thanks in advance!

I normally won't throw people a free pass, as the answers can be found in the JJ OS Manual and on this very sub-forum. But since I'm feeling generous at the moment and also would like to encourage new users to rely on the resources provided, I'll answer once and the rest is all up to you. :)

1. In the Track Mute section in the upper left part of the screen, turn the "Use events:" OFF.

2. When you save your work, SAVE ENTIRE MEMORY.

EDIT: Just saw you've been here since 2008, after I was about to say welcome to the forums.
