i havent been able to figure this out, i can only erase all the notes that have been recorded on all my seperate tracks, but i still have my sequence there, its just a blank sequencer now.

what am i missing? couldent really find anything in the manual either.

im using jjos 2xl v 2.22

the reason i ask is i have a bunch of "scratchpad" type sequences in one of my projects im working on, so i want to get rid of the first 7 sequences.

can i overwrite my sequences i want to keep with sequences 1 thru 7?

Why are you using a very old version of JJOSXL? Do you really need old version and not the new better version??
Makes it harder to answer your question as I can not be sure it worked the same way (pretty sure it did though) unless I reload old version to double check for you. Which I am not likely to do at all. So thats why I say update. And you have to look harder next time....

but go here and get update, unless on mac and follow link

o and the parameter copy is good to. read to the end

bliprop, thanks man, im gonna go check out the "sequence list" section of my manual, i skipped over that part thinking it would be un-related.

im kinda on the fence about updating the new os, becaue i have heard it crashes alot during loop mode. i would like the multitrack view though. maybe i will try it out someitme. i have never updated an os on my mpc before so i dont want to mess anything up.

Well between what you hear and what you experience there s a difference. Since the ability to go to the looper mode from the main screen when the sequencer is running was locked in the latest versions I didn t see many complaints here.

yeah that feature is sooooo gooood i love it. No more oops crash. Which reminds me I gotta request it to be done to save and load screen as well, when playing of course. Man that would be great
