Looking for MPC60 ram

just came up on a mpc60ii - has 3.10e os (different - i like it better than 3.11) but it only has 13 seconds sampling time - RogerLinns MPC60 section is down, so im kinda stuck, any affordable suggestions.

how many pins, what type of ram are we talking?

3.10e is the latest 60 OS, 3.11 is for the 3000, unless that was what you were refering to?
