I created 3 different sequences and put those sequences together and created a song. I saved that song which in turn created one long sequence. When I played that new long sequence back, I was expecting to hear my almost finished product of a song, but all of those sounds were wrong. I made sure I saved all of the samples and programs and I loaded everything that was used in the song. Don't know what's up. Please help. Thank you.

What you did was convert song to seq?
Did you keep all the tracks lined up THE SAME?

seq 1 / trk1 kik / trk2 snr / trk3 tom / trk4 hhat / etc.
seq 2 / trk1 kik / trk2 snr / trk3 tom / trk4 hhat / etc.
seq 3 / trk1 kik / trk2 snr / trk3 tom / trk4 hhat / etc.

This is how you should structure you seqs, before you convert song to seq.
Convert song to seq will use ONLY the very first track assignments, so make them all line up with the very first seq tracks.

When you convert should all be fine and playback normally.

Not being logical? What does that mean. It is very normal and logical that 2 sequences do not have the same content i.e. some have samples, others have vocals and or live instruments, so I don't understand where you are coming from with your statement, and if you're going to be rude and defensive, you really need not waist your time replying to my inquiries.....this forum is here for us to be able to help each other and ask questions without someone attempting to make you feel stupid.

Understand what I'm telling you.

When converting song to seq the MPC will only use the very first tracks assignments.

You have no choice.

Use a seperate track for every sound and every sample.

Track+ 1sound separation is normal when mixing needs to get done.

You have many tracks to use, check your specs.

Lemme know if you have an issue or something with that conversion.
I'll calm the hell down  and we can get down to business.
