Strange.
Since it gets worse at the end of each track, my guess is that you're mpc is just sending MMC to tell Cubase when to start, but the timecode itself is not working properly.
If your timecode was working properly, you can have your tracks start at different points (a few ms like your picture), but it will catch up after a few bars when it's locked to the timecode.
