Hey everybody. What do all you of you think about trading a Mpc 25k for an Akai s950 and an Ensoniq Eps 16+? Floppies and the slower work flow isnt a big factor for me. And also into vintage equipment. Is it a good trade value wise too? (i got the 25k dirt cheap so im not worrying about the money).
Any feedback appreciated, thanks.

I think the 2500 is worth a little bit more than those two pieces, but if you got it for cheap in the first place "all is well that ends well"...

I would rather add it to my setup than trading those two kits for the MPC.

The MPC is still quite young. That means better technology. Eventhough I don't know your workflow and maybe you don't even use all the MPC's features, it's still not a bad idea to have a younger and powerful sampler in your line up.

Another thing is the conditions of those two machines and maintaining the machines and replacing worn out parts.

Exactly. Keep the MPC and buy the s950 for a sweet combo.
