Is it possible to program a beat with multiple PGMs into one sequence on the MPC3000? I've read in the manual that you can have up to 128 sounds in memory and up to 24 PGMs.
I have a sequence where I recorded my drum pattern with 1 PGM full of my drum sounds. I have 2 PGM with the samples loaded up. When I attempt to go to switch to my samples in the activate program window and change the 1 PGM to 2 PGM with the samples. I press play on my 3000 it triggers my recorded drum events with 2PGM sounds instead of my drums sounds.
I would like to lay down my drums with 1PGM and then my samples in 2 PGM all within the same sequence like I'm able to do on my MPC4000.
MPC3000 has 32meg memory expansion and I'm running OS 3.11
Thanks for your help in advance.
