RAM upgrade for 12 dollars?

Is this legit?

Hhhhmmmmm... no reviews yet. Normally I'd steer clear from anything stating "AKAI" or "Roland" memory. The seller is trying to tack on more money by specifically naming it as sampler memory when it's all just computer parts.

Case in point... I was going to buy 4x4MB of Ensoniq ASR-10 memory for $68 from a well known musical store. But I found the same 4x4MB RAM stickes for older computers at a Mom & Pops online computer store for $12 total.

But... depending on the return policy... for 12 bucks you can always send it back if it doesn't work.

Not sure about that one but here is what I bought. It's just a few bills more but I've been running it for more than a year. No problems...

I don't remember what brand I bought, but I just got the cheapest stuff I could find. It was around that price. AFAIK any PC133 SDRAM SO-DIMM will work.

I got mine from here and it works well. The actual chip says "samsung" on it.
