Putting our trust into any company in fact is foolish.

Ya'll need to man up and face the reality of commerce. YOU bought into the marketing, other PRO users are waiting for MPC software to Mature before buying the PRODUCT.

Blame yourself and not others.

I wont hold my breath on a next week release either!!!.....I wouldn't be surprised if they wait last min on Weds or Thurs and say look for it in March...the end of March....anybody looking for a mpc studio...its like new not used much :lol:

At least they put a lot of effort into carefully wording it by saying it will be delayed "for a few days" and then saying "realigning ourselves for Wednesday or Thursday right now" without explicitly mentioning "next week". Love how they left it vague so that they'll have plausible deniability without making any more promise that they have to be accountable for. Very professional... attempt at damage control.

maan, I just hope they do more with sampling and chop features this time around instead of JUST vst's. I am sick of how LAME the editing features on chopping samples on the MPC Ren. all they said they stated they were really doing was adding and deleting slices, which is a start. but not going to cut it compared chopping with maschine.

It is what is it is! No matter what it is make or break time for the team. Stability comes first I prefer them to get it right then release it no matter how long it takes.

I agree. If they released it today with bugs the same folks from today will be complaing. Since this has been a software issue and not hardware I will wait and see what 1.3 has to offer. I'm glad Dan was courteous enough to let us know. Growing pains.

Some of you guys are a **** trip! :lol: I would've hated to see what would have happened here if Dan didn't say anything at all and ya'll woulda wasted your whole Friday night waiting for 1.3...for nothing! :lol: It is a little disappointing, but damn! Dudes ready to boycot, riot, start shooting and shit! :lol: :lol: :lol:

chill the hell up people, your acting like its been put back 2 months, its only a few days and the ren does work still, its a great piece of kit..

i was a little dissapointed when it didnt update today but theres reason for it so i will keeping going on the 1.2, there will no doubt be things that are still not fixed in 1.3 so its going to be a number of updates until things start to flow.
