Using 1.31 / Win 7 64 Bit on a dedicated DAW.
Just got a brand new Ren; I want to use it primarily in standalone mode. The plan was to have my two TT-303s, a MiniNova and a MicroKorg XL slaved to it - the 303s would each geat a physical MIDI out (3 & 4); the two keyboards would each get their own MIDI In and Out (1 & 1 / 2 & 2); all would be receiving MIDI clock from the Ren.
But then I go to the sync menu and see that you can only send clock out on two ports? I confirmed this in the manual as well... please tell me this is user error or something I missed? If it is true, what is the purpose of having 4 individual MIDI outs but only have the ability to send clock out on 2???
And a general question: anyone else having issues sending clock out of the Ren? Assume my hardware is configured correctly to see clock (I confirmed by sending each synth clock from an external drum machine) - however, none of my hardware sees clock from the Ren which is as frustrating as well.
Many thanks - JTR
