mpc 3000 sound vs mpc 2000xl sound

First I want an MPC which sounds dirty phat etc
Easy for begginers
Chopping isn't bother me to do with my ears and set milisecs
If it's possible to do a complete/part of the mix in the box
Tha i want from the machine

Well.....the 3000 might be warmer than the 2000xl or any mpc after that....but it's certainly not dirty. An mpc 60 will be "dirty" because it's sampler is 12 bit. The 3000 is still pretty sonically clear because it's 16bit.

It's dirtier because its older, not because of 4 bits... 12bit is only an indicator of grit because 12bit samplers were created like 25 years ago along with their old ass ADC. But it's a misconception that 4bits alone dramatically alters the sound...

If I buy the 2kXL full upgrated which gives me more features and first rec the sample into an s950 and then to the mpc I will have the nice phat sound right?

You don't need to record into the mpc after sampling into the s950/s900. Just play some samples out of the xl and some out of the s900. Usually drums from the s-sampler and chops from records on the xl.

What you mean

To put it simply, an s950/s900 is an MPC without drum pads or a sequencer. So lets say you sample your drums into the s950, using a midi cable you can play those drums sounds from your mpc 2000xl's drum pads. I would recommend NOT re-sampling sounds out of the s950 into the 2000xl. It's unnecessary and will also alter the sound quality of those samples..

Ahh I understand it now.
I thought to re-sample the sounds to the MPC becouse the mpc has more ram than the s950.
I don't want the sampler to sample melodies and drums (that's why I need the extra ram).
