All i can say is that i had my zip disk in my mpc and i was making a beat using the Motif es and mpc and while i was creating a new track i hear a crazy noise and every time i hit the pads i keep hearing the same noise. Now the mpc hasnt froze up but something crazy sounding. The kind of noise that makes you want to hit the midi panic button! I can still play my seq but now the mpc makes a crazy noise so i cut it off. When i cut it back on the mpc just stays on the "WAIT......." Screen and will never leave it and i cant do nothing else. Im not sure what is wrong with it. So i put my ear to it and see if i can hear anything when i cut it on and all i can hear is a click noise from my zip drive but that could be something it always do when the mpc turns on im not sure. i still see the green light on my zip drive flash when i put in a zip disk but i cant get pass the "WAIT" screen so i dont know where to start at to trouble shoot. This is just crazy!
