No. Offline bounce stems normally only works for Instrument / Aux tracks when they have plug-ins loaded. Since no info (MIDI, Audio) is stored in the empty aux track, why should it be processed?
Aux tracks don't work that way. They only have sound going through, as there's some signal coming, which doesn't while just processing. Means: Realtime only.
I don't know of any DAW or sequencer that does that offline-ish. And I quite regularly work with a lot of them.
