Ramping tool

Can anyone tell me where the tool is to ramp up the velocity of my snares?
all I can see if the pencil tool which is not good really for a long snare roll

any help would be good.

Unfortunately there is no such tool, though multiple people including myself have requested one.

If it's a simple snare roll you can lock on note repeat and record it by holding the pad lightly and slowly pressing down harder which will give you fairly smooth increase in velocity if you do it right.

I hope they add something like this soon. Another option would be to purchase one of the Wacom tablets with a PEN and then you could draw it more precisely vs. a mouse

craziness that they don't have that included yet. its ok I can bounce to Cubase and do a volume curve but really shouldn't have to..

hope they add this sooner rather than later.

Can't promise you can "force" these plugins to do what you want but they're in the ballpark. If it can be done with a plugin MIDI FX VST is the place to look. Ableton has some in built MIDI tolls for velocity and scale stuff that might work to. The trick would be how definable the parameters are, hopefully extensive enough for you to do say 16 ascending values through the plugin and what not.

Likely PC only I don't have these installed though.
