THIS IS WHY I LOVE THE UK, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOVELY!!

The lovely people from Iomega were kind enough to send me 5 replacement disks for the ones that suddenly stopped working. there was no click nothing just was not reading it, even the PC kept saying please Insert disk.

Anyway heres what you do!

Go to IOMEGA and choose your area, then select the TECHNICAL SUPPORT, then choose what DRIVE u have EG 250ZIP ATAPI or EXTERNAL then select "LIVE 24/7 CHAT" Speak to an advisor and tell him that your Zips are buggered in better terms specify that the DRIVE is not reading your disks anymore, they will attempt to help you and obviously it wont work and then they will ask you for your details to send you replacements and volia 10days later you have your new zipdisks in the post.

This was a genuine situation on my end, but you get my point.

DISCLAIMER

Penfold does not and is not saying that this is a right or wrong thing to do...you wanna buy replacements go ahead...you want Customer Service then go to IOMEGA.
